I love Honky Tonk! I always end up spending around 80 because everything is so delicious and the staff are so kind! Was pretty bummed tonight because we ordered through Post Mates and our food was stolen by the driver! I re-ordered through Grubhub who saved the day and was able to get the food! Def would say avoid ordering through there but HIGHLY recommend ordering because this places food is truly incredible!

With high-ceilings and large tables, this barbecue restaurant attracts a lot of people to see their nightly live music for no cover. I went on a Sunday night to hear the 1920s sounds of the Chicago Cellar Boys. Unfortunately, the lack of smoke scent in the air carries over to virtually smokeless barbecue, which is not a good sign. However, food is well seasoned and portions are hearty. The three \smoked\ wings are large, unbreaded, and covered with an appropriate amount of sauce, although no smoke flavor is present. The Girlfriend Salad provides a tasty and healthy option, and the hot link is a must, the best item on the menu.
Ordered via Postmates. Got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. It. Was. Amazing! I’ve very critical of coleslaw and picky about what I like. It’s so good. Not too sweet and so crunchy. I will definitely order again
Always love the food here. Try the St.Louis ribs, the brisket by the pound or the sandwich. They have sauces to drench the meat in different flavors. The corn muffins are sinful.
I just ordered here from Uber eats. Honestly some of the best soul food I’ve had in a long time. The meat was falling off the bone, the garlic mash was smooth and creamy, the Mac and cheese had just the right amount of bread crumbs and spice. Corn bread was also delicious! And they added cookies we never even asked for! Thank you so much! Will definitely order from here again!
