HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the woman who answered the phone about pricing for Catfish and Jack Salmon and rudeness doesn’t began to start to describe her attitude. First, she mentioned something I didn’t say, then she began to take the time to tell me without a doubt in her mind that I did say it. Note there was so much noise in her background that perhaps she heard what wasn’t spoken. She was so rude and nasty, that when I asked to speak with a manager. First she said hold on. After holding on she later she said he wasn’t there, call back. Never had this restaurant’s food and because of the poor service never will. I prefer to pay more money for a clean environment, good food and pleasant customer service. Therefore, my family and I took our business somewhere else. Frank’s Fish House. Great fish and excellent customer service.
