I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Indoor Science was excellent. Jordan was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us answering questions and taking samples. Knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I was very nervous about asbestos in our old house and Jordan took me seriously and had a calming influence. If we need any more testing done in the future we will absolutely call them again.

Top notch company here. Marissa and Jordan were a pleasure to deal with, super helpful, and never tried to sell me on any service I didn't need or want. Spoke to Marissa twice on the phone before making my appointment on the third call. She initially had me hold off on scheduling an appointment, instead offering suggestions for solving my problem without incurring the expense of their testing. Let that sink in for a minute, that a company would be helpful even though they might not make any money off of you. A When I did schedule my appointment I requested multiple tests. When Jordan came out his initial, and thorough testing suggested the extra, more expensive lab testing probably wouldn't give us any additional useful information about my problem. Many companies would run those tests anyway. Not Indoor Science. Even though it meant a smaller invoice for the company, Jordan recommended against the expense of the extra testing. That's good, honest business, folks. A If you find yourself in need of any service offered by Indoor Science, rest assured you're dealing with good people. Look no further.

I was incredibly disappointed to find extensive mold my recently purchased first home. Jordan and Marissa were communicative and professional. They went above and beyond to support me during the complex remediation project - they acted with integrity and it was clear that they had my best interest in mind. And most importantly - they provided direction on how to work with the remediation company to reach our clearance goal! Highly recommended.

We hired Indoor Science to test our apartment (in Chicago) for mold because they are not mold remediators...we needed a non-biased test and report. They were also the most responsive to questions prior to us hiring them. The person (Scott W) who came out spent nearly 2 hours with us and answered every question we had and didn't seem to be leading us towards any particular conclusion. The final report was brief and easy to understand. He also wore a mask and was very professional regarding COVID19. We would recommend them to someone who wants to meaningfully address a building mold problem (which can be a long process).
