Great customer service. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. They really take the time to listen and understand your interpretation needs and offer helpful suggestions and solutions. And I got a live person to talk to every time I called in, which is rare these days!! The confirmation of service was sent right away and, as promised, I was very pleased with the interpreter they provided who was punctual, very professional and experienced. He made my job so much easier. I will use them again for sure for my non-English speaking clients. I needed a Spanish interpreter this time, but they told me they can cover just about any language. I also liked the fact that you don't have to prepay for the service. You get an email invoice and you have 30 days to pay it, giving me more time to collect from my own client.
