Great experience with Andrzej and his company. Worked with us on design to get to a price we were happy with. Estimated timeframe and held to it. Said when he'd be at our house and he was. Made some suggestions on the design to fit our home and really showed up with a good product. Having had really bad communication with other companies during our remodel, it was great to have a company who delivered to their word and communicated well.
I had contacted this company for information, inquires about prices, availability, etc. Andrzej came to my house and explained in detail the railing he would construct for me. We spoke about when it would be ready for installation. Not only was it ready sooner than he said but the railings are beautiful. I couldn't be happier. Nice to do business with the company as they have exceeded expectatations and were very professional through and through.Will be recommending this business to everyone I know.
After I fell off my front steps while holding onto what was left of the railing, I knew it was time to make it safe again. I looked around for iron railings in Chicago and found this company. They were great to talk with and understood what I was looking for. There was no hassle or pressure and they did a nice job of fixing my railing. They also added another railing on the other side. It really finished the look and I appreciated the suggestion.
