I was Batman

Obviously I cant speak on behalf of other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Shammo I believe her to now be a very intelligent Doctor she was someone I saw rather briefly for a serious number of medical conditons. I felt she listened and I felt that medical decisions were made jointly (I cant speak for everyone but if you - as a patient - dont take it upon yourself to learn, understand, investigate & have a good level of concern for your own health issues then chances are your Doctors will have less ease in being that great health care provider everyone just magically wishes they had) be involved with your Doctors. I respect Dr. Shammo I think she is a very good, fair Doctor. Rush University medical center overall has been a lot better than other health care systems or facilities on many levels. Dr. Shammo has a good amount of experience behind her.

Be aware of the office expenses! The Hospital will charge you a substantial fee for an office visit in addition to the doctor’s office visit too. In my experience, I was not given an alternative to have blood work done elsewhere. The blood tests are extremely expensive. I would recommend searching for different doctor with superior or equal ability.
