Jet Ski Chicago, located on the lakefront, is the best jetski rental location in Chicago! It's on North Avenue Beach; they're the best provider of aquatic watercraft rentals, local tours and boat parties. If you want to rent a jet ski at North Avenue Beach then you should contact Jet Ski Chicago for sure!

Jet skiing was great some of the staff is nice.... but they will up charge you for any and everything... they also lost 2 of my bags so be fore worned that this is not the most professional place
Horrible customer service, called 10 times during customer hours and they never answer the phone. When they finally called me back , the man on the phone is very rude and impatient. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE going here. Canceled my groupon vouchers and called Chicago water sports for 1/2 the price. They offer Groupon but treat groupon customers very badly . You’re better off calling Chicago Water Sport Rentals at 31st Street Harbor They answer on the first call and have great customer service !

They accept groupon offers, and treat customers very poorly. I called to schedule an appointment and the man was extremely impatient, aggravated, and extremely rude via phone. His poor customer service skills made feel indifferent about giving them me and my family’s business.
