In the past, I have enjoyed Jimmy's Best, but recently I've experienced some pretty bad customer service from the staff when calling in orders. This evening when I was calling to place an order, I was greeted with, \We not taking any more orders over the phone\. I merely said, \Okay\, and hung up. People like that need to realize that it is customers like me who keeps businesses in business, and we still have a choice as to where we spend our money. As I feel that I don't have to pay for someone's rotten attitude along with my order (which in this case I wasn't allowed to make), I will take my business elsewhere.

Totally dissatisfied with this restaurant. An order was placed earlier around 5:30 pm. They told me, my wait time was from 1hr to 1hr 30min. I never received my food, I called them over 3 or 4 times. They kept telling me, the driver is on their way. My thing is this, if you are overwhelmed with orders or short staffed you're supposed to as a professional business, update your customers that the least you could do. Give me the option to either wait more time, or cancel my order. For them not to even respond, and still hasn't responded yet. That's not how you do business, then your phone keeps going to voicemail. Yep, never again you don't have to worry about me ordering from here again. I'm good!!! Peace
