The employees aren't the nicest. But the bubble waffles are pretty good. The drinks are good for the amount and type of bottle given in, but they are way too sweet and I was told the level of sweetness could not be adjusted. There was one time I ordered my rose milk tea and I forgot to add pudding. I asked if I could have it in a small cup to add to it myself, but they said no, even though I said I was going to pay for it...

The line was out the door, but well worth the wait. We only got drinks, but I was very pleased with the options. Most were 6-7 but very large and the cup they come in is actually a reusable water bottle. The anime artwork on the walls was so cute and the neat light fixtures a cute touch. Outside they had little personal greenhouses you could sit in to enjoy your purchase outside of the weather and people.
They have really good drinks here. Most of the drinks are on the tv screen so it’s really easy to decide what you want
Amazing! It was always clean, the options are plentiful. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable about their large menu. The tastes are crisp and fresh. Waffle cone was large and fluffy. It looks as if it is too much but it is satisfying in looks vs taste. All around a great experience.
Bubble waffles are so good! Ice cream with gummies and fresh fruit, fully customizable. Friendly staff and clean environment. 5 stars on flavor, ordering process, wait and execution of dessert. Their teas looked amazing. Will definitely try on our next return!
The employee’s at this place were rude! They let a guy order the bubble waffle a min before us who was in line and without informing other customers including us they said they shut the machines off for the bubble waffle! Half the people that were there came for the bubble waffle and they didn’t even tell me while I’m ordering bubble tea with tapioca that they ran out of it and still charged us for it. Like hello you have a mic for a reason announce it that you aren’t selling it anymore rather making your customers wait in a line and waste there time! Other then that I heard many good reviews for here and for a first time visit here I wasn’t pleased!
Try out their “little hotpot”. Never been disappointed here! After dinner, get a “eggete” with ice cream
Excelente place to get some bubble tea or ice cream. I recommend if you like black tea with milk, try the tiger stripe tea, if you want ice cream try the waffle cone strawberry ice cream. The crispy parts taste like a funnel cake while the fluffy orbs are waffle and it's not too sweet, very well made. My folks tried the strawberry smoothie also and they liked it. I would love to come back again and try more things out, lots of people come and go here. Try out their restaurant too, it's was all a great experience.
