My nephew was admitted to a hospital because he was suicidal. K.A.M. Alliance was referred to him once he was released. Still severely depressed forcing himself to work, most days impossible to get out of bed. He cancelled 2 appointments. Once the medication prescribed to him from the hospital kicked in he was slightly better each day, looking forward to his next therapy session. He received a call from K.A.M. saying because he had cancelled 2 appointments, he could no longer come there. He went to talk face to face, explaining his situation, adding no one ever told him about that policy assuring them he'd never do it again. The guy rushing him out telling him he signed papers. My nephew asked if he would reconsider? No. I'm no longer welcome here? I guess not. Their policy shouldn't be the small print a person signs when they are desperate for help and scared. It's a shame. It's inhuman and plain cruel.

Yes i wrote that post because i was upset however i did speak with the supervisior n she did help resolve my prob n grt me in for a appointment. thank u for working with me even tho i have been difficult n giving me another chance.

Horrible Horrible practice here! If you want your children to be seen by Caring Professionals you won’t find it here! I’ve been rescheduled, charged to see appointments and most of all The staff manager Ratcliff is very unprofessional and extremely confrontational/combative. I have momentarily used this physican for my daughters care due to insurance changing and let me tell you , they will be rude, unprofessional and down right incompetent when dealing with small children. I had to ask several times were they sure this business was for children because they only schedule you during school hours(claim no availability due to lack of doctors) they have no seating arrangements or areas for children and they had increased incidences of violent patients erupting during appointments! Like they have no idea how to handle mental health of any individuals let alone children! I had to runout of there because I was so scared this huge guy was erupting into a violent tantrum and was fighting the staff! Not a good place for children! Do not Go there! Find something else ! Protect your kids mental safety! As you can see on another review , their staff is arguing with the patient under her review. Their Staff is giving out private health information on google instead of privately resolving the matter! Speaks for itself. Very unprofessional! Deserves 0 stars!
I was at the clinic on the same day that the patient in the above review was there. The story is very different than her post! She was very loud, disruptive and caused a lot of disruption and confusion to other patients and staff in the lobby. She was very uncooperative and even scared some of the other patient's with her behavior simply because she didn't want to pay for her records. The police had to be called because she became intimidating. The staff and front desk lady handled the situation very professionally and tried everything to make her happy. I've been coming to this clinic for years. They are AWESOME! Hats off to them for tolerating this craziness! I will definitely be returning!
