Did a 2 hour rental through Groupon. Very nice and helpful staff, all the equipment was in good condition. All participants receive a small training session before we got into the river, very helpful being a first timer. We had a good time!

Rented kayak for 1 hour . The manager there was nice . They also gave a small training session before we got into the river .takes around 2 and half hours to go downtown and to have a look a the tall buildings and come back . Cost is 30 / hr for a tandem kayak for one hour.
I booked a tour three days in advance. Nobody showed up on site. Available phone numbers all lead to full voicemail boxes. Pursuing further action to have my money refunded. I do NOT recommend this company.
