Called to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t in. After a quick explanation for the call the manager immediately got on the phone. Manager has the staff lie for him. Poor customer service!

The people who play here are like family. Everyone is on a first name basis.

Amazing place, luxury ping pong tables. And 25/ day doesn't sound a lot. They have very good tables, a lot of tables. No bar but that's ok. Highly recommended.

I went to the Killerspin House for the first time this Wednesday and was blown away by how much fun I had. I am not a regular table tennis player, but just spending 5 minutes getting real instruction already made a huge difference. Looking forward to going back!

I was here to play ping pong the other day, it is always great that you're allowed to play for free when you have a killer spin paddle but me and the opponent I was playing with needed more space their was no other player in the other table, so we decided to move the table, one of the guys working there I guess the supervisor or something yelled at us for moving the table, I felt like if I was wrong I should be told politely. I still apologized tho. Keep in mind there was no sign of sort saying don't move the tables

This USED TO BE great place to blow off some stream by playing table tennis during your lunch hour. The way it USED TO WORK WAS this: Bring your Killerspin branded paddle and you can play for free. It's pretty awesome. Unfortunately now they charge an INSANE amount to be a member and play. So, no more KillerSpin for most people.
