The best service that you can ask for. When I called and explained the problem with my keypad, he set the right expectations, gave an appointment and was on time. He checked and gave me advice. I wish Best Buy and others learn from his model on how not to make it an expensive proposition. Employ people with an aptitude for service.

Manu & his team were great! Handed him a totally corrupted computer & he was able to recover everything. Given the age of the hard drive & software, we replaced/ updated both and I truly don't think that even when the unit was brand new it ran this fast.

I was having various hard drive issues with my MacBook and did not want to spend a lot of money at Best Buy or Apple so I decided to go here. The owner was very professional and gave me a very good rate. He contacted me throughout the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He finished the job in 3 hours and I was able to get the laptop the next day. I would highly suggest!
