This company is the absolute worst it took them 3 hours to take my son to the wrong address and then when I call them to ask for an explanation they have the audacity to get mad. I ask them for the address of the location because I want to talk to them in person because this isn't the 1st time we've had issues all things considered my son is barely started going to the school so this bus company still is new with him and the screw things up all the time. Then when they can find my son's address they rely on asking my son a three-year-old boy who is non vocal where he lives. Sooo furious

Horrible company that didn’t even have the decency to call parents to inform them that the bus will be over 45 minutes late. Really? It is freezing today, it feels like -6 and they think it’s ok for kids to wait in the cold for a bus that is NOT even on its way. They lady I spoke to on the phone didn’t even understand why they should have to notify parents about an OVER 45 minute delay in this weather
First day of school today bus driver drove past my house me and my son had to flag her down.
