Very poor experience and a bad way to start the summer of 2019 in Chicago/Lincoln Park. Very poor staff, I called ahead of time and asked for a price on an item. Living 20 minutes away I wanted to not waste any time, so I went to the highest rated store since these shops have bad reputations. Sure enough, I drove out there and was locked outside the store for 15 minutes, when I was about to leave the employee came to the door and acted like he'd been there the entire time. After that he over-charged me for the product we discussed on the phone and argued that he had cameras on him and the sticker price is the only price. Horrible experience, one star employee (who ever closed the store on 5/22/19) deserves a one star rating. There are far better options folks, skip out on this one.
