Americas Choice Auto ( Mega Load Auto Transport) I must say we were very pleased our cars arrived 1 day earlier than estimated, my only complaint was the scheduled pick up time was a few hours later then they scheduled, this is the only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars. And honestly if I didn’t cut what I was doing short so I could be here on time for pick up it probably would not have been an issue. So overall I would say it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend in fact I already have.

This company was amazing!!! not only did they ship my BMW from Naples FL. to Chicago, IL. for the lowest rate compared to all their competitors but they also had it in my driveway in 4 days. Great people to work with. Thank you again Maggie!!!

On 12/10/2020 around 8:10 PM one of your Reckless drivers almost kills me and my family on I-95 going North by port Everglades Florida . Apparently we were going to slow for this driver that was trying to push everyone in the road and he decided to run us out of the expressway. When we try to get next to the Cab to see the name of the company the driver started blocking us and swinging through the expressway lines blocking us and trying to hit us with the trailer . Reckless Driving is not safe for anyone. Driving a Tractor-trailer is a big responsibility. Please keep everyone safe. Hire good Drivers

COVID complicated everything for us all! This winter our family was in a health crisis and needed to avoid having an older family member driving across several states alone. Alice provided excellent communication to keep us up-to-date with all the logistics for the pick up and delivery. The drivers and service technicians were compassionate and even provided touchless delivery to allow our family to self-quarantine upon arrival. The service was exceptional. The new family joke is that “while others were learning how to make artisan bread during quarantine, we learned how to ship a vehicle interstate!” Mega Load, Inc. made that possible. I would entrust them with a vehicle again. They are insured and vetted by the Better Business Bureau. Service was excellent and the vehicle had no issues at all. Thank you for providing a peaceful, and safe transport option during our family’s time of crisis..

The entire process was a friendly and professional experience. My car was picked up at my house at the specified time and waiting at the terminal in Florida. We were picked up at the airport, chauffeured to our car. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were in our car and driving away was approximately 15 minutes. The Mega Haul team and terminal worked very well together. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. As far as we are concerned, Mega Haul is an outstanding company!
