EPIC. Energy, beer, prices, people, PHENOMENAL. Tim (aka T-Dog) was the best server to have for my first visit to Metropolitan! He was informative and passionate. The vibes at this place are unreal, and the quality of the beers was unreal how clean and fresh they all were. I will definitely be back with a larger party. The outdoor seating was spacious and safe with tons of afternoon shade. Seriously blown away by this blessing in Chicago ️

Went after chicago randomly let them increase capacity with no warning. It was a bit disjointed and they were clearly understaffed but they did a great job of taking care of people. The dunkel was fantastic.

Great back deck on a sunny afternoon. Reservations required, two hour time limit. Tacos available, but we had already ordered delivery which was fine with them. Great beer, knowledgeable servers. Easy to bike to, little wobbly on ride home though...

Super friendly staff. Great social distance spacing between tables. German beers were phenomenal. Would be great if they had umbrellas at the tables, since you're directly under the sun. (I've been here a few times and each time it's been miserable melting in the sun).

Definitely will be making this a regular place to go by boat in chicago! Italian beef was awesome!
