Pangea AKA Lumen and Arcade residences The worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. Unbelievable they’re still in business.They manage hundreds of buildings and have no support after 10 pm, locked out? No water? No heat? No AC? Your problem! Building manager is responding when he feels like it, two three days later.. Its 63 degrees in your unit? “Well, you have some heat” it’s 84 degrees in your unit with central AC? It’s not an emergency. Save your nerves. DO NOT lease at Arcade residences. Complete trash. Suites are - Airbnb on the 7th floor, open for parties every weekend, smell of weed and trash in common areas included for residents.
