If you need a job offer letter with your hourly wages for housing and proof of employment they won’t give you one. They will inconvenience that.

The Monterrey Security is run by a disgraced and fired ex-Chicago police officer for illegal use of excessive force, is just as shady as he is. The security guards are rude, and try to be demanding. Some have asked to be \slipped cash\ for favors in letting prohibited things slide. Many of the armed guards are not off duty police, as they claim. I asked a bunch of them and they told me they were from Illinois Department of Corrections. IDOC Guards are NOT peace officers and CANNOT carry firearms. They said there were NOT issued firearm control cards by the State through Monterrey security and were working on 'their badges' because they were guards at Stateville (Not parole agents). Monterrey also had one guy from Dalton carrying a gun working for them at many of their contract sites from who had been fired from his police department and had no police authority or right to carry a firearm. This was not the first time monterrey had let something like this happen. see: Adrian Santo - fired from Lake County Indiana, hired by monterrey killed someone while working for them in chicago. for more information contact [email protected] I have lots of evidance which may by intrumental in penalizing monterrey with official charges

Was an employee here and I liked it until on 10/10/2019 supervisor Roosevelt discriminated against me I feel like for having a disability I believe. I showed up late for a shift by few minutes after having to walk over a mile from there parking spot to my shift area to then be sent home walking back in the rain. While I witnessed other employees sign in late. Explained to him my situation and he said he understands but too bad.

Worst security company I've worked for and I've worked for 3. First of all I had been working for 3 months already, they called my phone and fired me for my background which was a misdemeanor from when I was 17 years old 7 years ago. They basically used me until they didn't need me anymore because I'm sure it doesn't take 3 months for a background check to come back. Not to mention they had me come to orientation twice because they got stuff all mixed up. Just a waste of time. I wish I would've read reviews before I even took the job.
