Musick Loss Management did an amazing job doing repairs at my place of business! I've worked with a lot of different maintenance companies and they were super professional, great with communication, and the repairs looks great. They also met our tight timeline for the completion of the project which was super important to our place of business. We've already scheduled them for other work in the space. I experienced a water backup sewage in April. I was recommended to us Musick loss management by the gentleman that represents my building over at Kass Management. I worked with both Mark and Ivette. They were both very professional. Mark came with Ivette to assets the damages caused by the water backup. They both created a proposal to send over to my insurance so that my insurance could provide the necessary funds to restore the damages caused by water in my unit. What I was most pleased about was how helpful Ivette was with me. I had to call and email her several times regarding updates from my insurance. She was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!
Musick Loss Management worked with us on our claim. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable when dealing with the insurance company to get our roof repaired. The roofers were efficient and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work.
Would deffinetely reccomend! We just bought our house and couldnt afford a new roof and siding and musick helped us! They did amzing work and were quick to come out and fix a problem over a year later
