Fantastic experience. They were knowledgeable about my problem and very upfront with the work to be done and what it would cost. My laptop now runs like new. I would trust this place worth any repair needs.
I found this place on Google. The gentleman who greeted me at the door was pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot comment on my actual repair yet, as I left my laptop there only a day ago (cooling fan stopped working), but I left this establishment with a good feeling that my laptop was left in good feeling, a rarity these days.
This review is long overdue. Rob is awesome. I had torn my PC apart and rebuilt it so many times, not able to figure out what's up. He diagnosed it quickly and even swapped around my fans for free (for better airflow). He was beyond helpful and even pulled a power supply cable up, because I briefly mentioned that might upgrade my graphics card. (I later did and it worked like a charm). Many months later, my machine is still awesome. Thanks Rob!
Excellent place. I'm a computer engineer myself, and I'd repair my own machine but I don't have the equipment and/or the electronics skills to fix stuff on my own. Came in with a laptop with a malfunctioning fan and expected a costly motherboard replacement, but Rob was able to fix it with a replacement fan and fan header reinforcement. Very fair pricing.
