This is one of those used bookstores that book lovers revel in visiting. Random bookshelves filled to the brim with books of all shapes and sizes. Very well organized and nicely priced. Staff was very nice as well. In a great part of town. Make it a regular stop!

Nice quiet refuge in Wicker Park. Good selection of books, but not as comprehensive as it could be. But it's a classic used book store, with all the smells, quiet, and cramped shelves and aisles you would expect. Great for browsing and discovering something new. Impressive selection of \geek\ stuff, like graphic novels and the like.

Really enjoyed going to this store. Very good sections on architecture and photography, among others, with reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and tolerant of my small dog.

The one guy at the counter(think it was the owner even) was really rude checking out everyone in line. Also I hate that people are so attached to their phones too but this place takes it to a whole other level where you have to wonder if there's something else going on the way they tweak about even a photo being taken. Went years ago and it was exactly like this, thought I would give it a second chance but second time around was even worse than the first. Not worth it, there are other great bookstores in Chicago that would love your business!

Iove finding random book stores! I found this on atlasobscura.com and enjoyed popping in while visiting the area. Book prices are great, the staff was nice and there was room to roam. It’s a little hard to focus with book shelves going this way and that- definitely a bookstore that is made for roaming without specific books in mind. Left with a murder mystery for 3. So great!
