The worst customer experience. These people made a mistake when didn’t review my documents before sending them to the state office, so of course they got rejected and sent back. They let me know I made a mistake hiring a bad notary (8 days later). I sent the documents; they never updated me even when they got them, and they didn’t bother to check the documents (like most professional companies do, now I know) to let me know I have to fix them before sending them. They partially reimbursed me after a morning of heated conversations, but charged me with the 120.00 of penalties, because according to them - this was all my fault. It was a great waste of time and money.

They lost my documents and won’t return my phone calls. I leave the country in 5 days and can’t get my visa without these documents! They lied about the location of my documents and I’ve yet to hear the words, “I’m sorry.” DO NOT USE!
