Did my research in advance and focused in on a specific chair...believe me it took some time for the selection and the pricing can't be beat! When I finally thought I was ready to purchase had a few quick emails with Cindy (and I mean quick or the response time was top notch) my wife and I drive to the location to pickup a chair and save on shipping. Walk in and great to see everyone masked up in these crazy times. In any event my bottom and back test drive the \one\. All was good but not sure what I said or what Cindy might have seen but asks if I was willing to try something else? She has me sit in a different chair and I was like WOW...let's do it. Didn't walk out of showroom with chair for it shipped from AZ (no charge!). It arrived in 4 business days and looks brand new even though it was manufactured in 2005. Why spend 250 on a new chair from who knows where when you can get a fully warranted reconditioned chair that when new was 4 times more with a 10 time better build quality?

Finding this store on December 23 was fantastic. Wide selection across different price points. Everything was in very nice condition. Some pieces looked unused! We found the perfect office chair for our family's needs. The customer service was excellent. I would shop here again.

The furniture liquidation industry is saturated with both online and brick & mortar companies. Business practices in this industry can be rather shady and you really don't know what you are getting into from the condition of the product to shipping to warranties. I was in the market for a Herman Miller chair and its a good idea to focus locally so you can go in person and be in more control of the purchase process. After a long search I was pleased to find National Office Interiors. They had a small inventory of the chairs in the Chicago facility and they were going quick. I called them up and Cindi was very kind and answered all my questions. The condition was excellent and the price was very reasonable. With a 5 year warranty, which is very rare in this industry, it was a no brainer. Thank you National Office Interiors!!!!!
