We connected with the Nicholas Ryan Team on Zillow when we inquired about a property we liked. They set up a buyer consult for us with Natasha so she could take down our exact criteria and find us off-market homes too! She really listened to what we wanted and started sending us homes immediately that matched what we wanted. She set up a tour that Saturday in which she showed us an off-market home that was not yet listed. By Monday evening, we were under contract on our first home and had won a multiple offer situation. Natasha found us a unique off-market home with so much character and natural light in Uptown! We are so grateful for all her help and dedication. We met with Veronica Jacobo from The Nicholas Ryan Team December of 2020: initially, we were contemplating purchasing either a condo or a town home and were undecided on location based on schools, commute to the city, and of course, safety. Veronica then met with us virtually to narrow down our searches and fully understand our criteria, along with discussing our lending options and to begin our touring. Veronica would point out every detail in reference to safety because of our child and would remind us about the schooling system and rankings.
