I saw this doctor in the ER and he said I needed to be put under and he said he took Medicaid. He does but not the one I had at the time through Harmony. So instead of getting in right away the next day like he said I had to wait 10 days to get the procedure I needed, I never should have left the ER and his error prevented me from getting the surgery I needed sooner.

I had an appointment scheduled that I had to wait weeks for. Apparently I misheard the receptionist, because come the day of the appointment, I called to confirm and learned that I had already missed it. Not only were the receptionists condescending in tone, the office apparently only sees patient until 10:30 AM. And don't expect appointment reminders, because that's a service they don't offer. Advice to the staff, if you're unhappy at your job, find a new one or change your approach to customer service.
