Terrible customer service. I have just spent over 2 hours of my time trying to make a reservation at this hotel. I was first quoted a price which would include breakfast, then I was told to give my credit card number to hold the room and call in the evening to pay for the room. I was also told that they were putting anote regarding early check in since we are arriving to Chicago at 11AM. When I called in the evening the hotel, I was told that my room was 50 dollars/day more expensive than the original price quoted and there were no notes regarding early check in. Furious I called Holiday Inn's reservation number who quoted me yet a different price (also higher than the originally quoted price) but this tie with no breakfast included and no early check in. This process took about 1.5 hours. Then the person on the phone said that he would transfer me to head offices who would be able to solve the issue. So, after 20 minutes of hold on an awful music, I get transferred to someone, probably in India, whose voice I could barely hear making the accent quite impossible to understand. He said he would call the hotel to get me the original price quoted. After another 20 minutes wait, he comes back to the line saying that he is sorry but can't do anything because the hotel manager was not in ?!?!?!?!?!?! Then he goes on saying that I have to pay the highest rate of all and call back the hotel tomorrow. What type of customer service is that? Because I was given false information, I have to pay extra and waste 2 hours of my time in useless hold time and the hotel takes 0 responsibility for it? I am furious. Makes me never want to stay at any of their hotels!

From Ohare website on Oct 29, 2019: Shuttle Buses Shuttle buses run between the terminals and the O'Hare Transfer Station every 5-7 minutes. Additional shuttle buses are available at the front of the Multi-Modal Facility, located just steps away from the Transfer Station. Buses operate 24/7 and run between the Multi-Modal Facility and each of the terminals.
Nice station to access the airport. Buses are available to the terminal every 7 minutes. Just note that the train that comes to the station has a very low frequency. Also the trains don't operate on weekends.
No staff onsite and no ticket vending machine.Free shuttle bus to ohare airport available here.
