First off very professional, friendly and most importantly honest. They are fair priced not high nor to low but just right. I got recommended and I got to say they did a outstanding job of fixing a sunroof problem that I had with my 2015 Tahoe. They were very attentive and helpful. If you need help or services done with in their services I highly recommend them. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with business.

I was referred to Orlando Glass and Trim by Perillo BMW, which was unable to perform the work I needed. Bob Orlando and his family's business are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I had a roadster's rear window replaced at his shop. He gave me a reasonable estimate, so I asked him to also consider removing a dent on the front of the hood and installing a pair of new grilles I had acquired. Again, his estimate was reasonable. Bob not only fixed the dent and replaced the grilles, but he also repainted the hood at no additional charge, thus honoring his original estimate to the penny. There were no surprises when the time came to pay the bill... other than he went beyond the work anticipated and didn't charge extra. I appreciate his honesty, effort to meet his deadlines, and his and his employees' dedication to providing good customer service.

This place is excellent! They got me in on short notice. And I was out pretty quick. They did a great job. Ernie is the one who helped me. What a great guy! It was like catching up with a old friend. Highly recommend and I will be going back for future needs

Great local business! My front windshield was cracked and I needed it replaced. It was all done within a day. Total cost was under 250. Would recommend greatly to anyone in need of glass/window services.
