I went to get a zip in liner for my Barbour jacket. The sales associate that was helping me noticed that there was a manufacturer error that did not allow the liner to zip in. I would’ve never have noticed this otherwise. Without me even asking, he spoke to manager and they swapped my coat out for a new one. I’m glad I had purchased it at Orvis, and it’s great that they were so willing to help me out. Awesome staff and service. I’ll make sure to keep buying from them.
Lots of great gear for your fisherman. Some nice clothes if you are an outdoors person. Little pricey.
Orvis makes great clothes and fishing and dog gear. I love their original polos, they are super thick and warm. More of a spring and fall polo. The staff at this location have been helpful each and every time I have gone in. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality clothes.
Nice store with excellent equipment, comfortable and cozy clothes of superb quality, and very helpful staff. Dog-friendly.
