Test results were not passed along to me until 3 days after they were available, and that was only because I reached out to ask for an update. That is 3 more days I could have spent with my family instead of keeping my distance awaiting results. I understand they are busy and I'm grateful for their work and dedication, but when a mistake is made there should be some sort of compensation offered for the error. No such offer was made even after making a request for one.

My husband and I just left Passport Health Travel Clinic at 30 N Michigan Ave and I cannot say enough good things about our visit here. We are getting ready to travel to Ghana and have been struggling to get the Yellow Fever vaccine at an affordable cost in a timely manner before our upcoming trip. Nurse Practitioner Kayleigh Persino is an amazing asset to this Passport Health Travel Clinic. She absolutely deserves praise for way she educated and assisted us in all of our travel needs! Passport Health helped us to achieve these results and the cost wasn’t as high as I had expected. I’d consider it very reasonable for downtown Chicago. I was also expecting to combat a heavy sales style pitch for other vaccines which did not happen at all. I felt very comfortable learning about other options without any pressure to purchase any other vaccines. Based off the education I received, I even decided to add to what I had originally planned. Thank you so much Passport Health!!!!

Highly, highly recommend Passport Health if you need a vaccination! Tiffany was incredibly positive, informative and patient with my questions. I didn’t think that getting a shot could be an enjoyable experience, but she someone managed to make it one! I’m typically nervous about getting shots, but the process was quick and relatively painless. I will definitely be going here again if I need additional vaccines in the future!
