Highly recommended for professionalism, expertise, and making customer satisfaction their priority. Liz went above and beyond several times during our piano shopping experience; opening the store early for us, staying late, coming in on non-business days so that we could try the pianos, even remembered my daughter's birthday 2 months after we made the purchase. Thomas was always there to help answer any questions/concerns, and is very passionate about his work. PianoForte is also the only piano store in town offering new, quality instruments for rent. True professionals, very knowledgeable, recommended without any hesitation.
