Love love love EVERYTHING I got from Pivotal. The natural balance line is everything. Protective styling is really big for me in the winter time and my scalp and hair are absolutely lavish from the Replenishing Oil, and Creme Castor LaMode. Consistency has really helped when using everything. On my fickle and borderline wool texture hair, the longevity of my relaxers has also increased due to hair not breaking off so easily, and I can actually approach the idea of going natural now, when I otherwise thought I wouldn't be able to. I find that I'm overall happier with my hair than I've been in quite some time :)
