I was supposed to do a study but was never told the address. a woman by the name of Denise told me she would email me the info of the study along with the location but that didn't happen so I followed up with her, she said again she would email me but AGAIN, nothing. Another woman I spoke with said she would text me the address. Guess what? didn't get a text. Then, about five minutes before the study (which was today), Plaza Research had the NERVE to call me to confirm if I was on my way there. I told them o because for some odd reason you all never gave me an address\ Following through is not their strength. Maybe emailing and texting is a little too complicated for them.
Kind of weird location but nice people and good facility

Horrible experience. I was/am part of a research panel and after sending multiple messages to find out when the final session will be out, I've received no response. It's a month since this was supposed to be finished. They took my feedback and ideas and did not compensate as promised. Will never agree to do this again!
