From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised that PMPC was incredibly responsive and communicative. We had been in touch with several other architects before we found Prashanth, and within 1 day and 1 email & phone call later, we were on site meeting with Jon (Project Manager) to take measurements and go over details about our plans. We knew right away this was the company for us! * Within 2 days of meeting we received a quote for our project and again, were pleasantly surprised to discover a fair and competitive price, considering quotes we had recieved from other architects. (We love that Prashanth is a self certified architect with the city of Chicago as well.) * The majority of our dealings throughout the entire process were with Jon--and we cannot say enough good things about him! Sharp, highly responsive, super smart--just a few qualities about him that we really appreciated. We also had access to Jon via email, phone or text, which made the process even smoother. * As residential redevelopers/real estate investors--time is of the essence. We plan to work with PMPC more moving forward and are so glad to have found them. Highly recommend!

His staff is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their work. PMPC is a well-run professional association, with innovative and creative design talent. His team is amazing at transforming a customer’s vision into reality, all while approaching it from a cost-effective perspective. I highly recommend his team and would consider them a first stop if you are looking for an architectural partner for a custom home.

Based on their great reviews, I’ve reached out to this firm on 2 separate occasions (1.5 years apart) regarding residential renovation projects. Unfortunately, I was put in touch with Jon both times and he stopped responding via text....both. times. The first time around he responded to my requests quickly and said he was working on a proposal but then stopped responding after I followed up. The second time around he initially responded quickly again. I offered to meet with him in-person to discuss the project details, but I never heard back.

Jon and his team were excellent to work with. They drew plans for our small residential remodel and got our permit from the city. We were required to work with an architect to replace a load bearing wall with a beam to open up our space. We only needed the plans/permit since we are doing the work ourselves, and many other companies would not take on a job so small. PMPC had no problem with it. They were very quick to respond to any questions and very thorough/helpful while managing the entire permit process for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Requested plans for a roof deck replacement. Jon was great, he came out, walked me through the steps, gave me a timeline (which they were well ahead of) and delivered exactly what I needed. City Permit approved and no hassle.
