I love ponce but their client service is horrible. The cashier's are always In a horrible mood to serve the clients. I called to speak to the manager and she declined she said she was in charged, don't take advantage of people specially elderly peoples money because I always end up tipping them regardless if it's to go.
Love it here everytime I go to Chicago this is my spot. The food is delicious
