Very professional and caring staff helping us with a lily toxicity emergency for both of our cats. They were upfront about all costs and helped us work through the best options for one of our cats that was having a harder time responding to treatment. I would 100% recommend them for any and all animal emergencies. They saved both of our cats lives, and I could not be more grateful.

The hospital staff is VERY professional caring and attentive. I’ve taken my dog here on emergent occasions and each time she has recovered beautifully. I’m quite thankful to the staff. I recommend this Vet ER to everyone who can afford it. **I will say however PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE.** Emergent situations(overstay at hospital and treatments depending on situation) can range from 1000-3000. One time visits and treatments can range from 250. They will ask you to file for a credit card if you plan on doing a payment plan. I DO NOT recommend those with financial restraints to this hospital as you need to pay the moment they come to a diagnosis/recovery plan.

First time coming here and the staff is beyond excellent and very nice. When I first got there it was packed a little bit but they had our pet in and out in less than 2 hrs. Very happy with the customer service we received this evening! Definitely will recommend this place to others

I'll admit I was nervous coming here after reading some of the reviews. But I felt that my dog, Jake, received excellent care. The staff was kind and professional, and Dr. Simpson was very thorough and upfront when discussing treatment options. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision, and was given accurate price estimates for tests/procedures. My dog was correctly diagnosed and received treatment that has improved his (and therefore my) quality of life.
