I worked with Greg and Bob and their team at Product council to develop my signature Modern Mixologist line of barware. As a professional mixologist, my goal was to create a high-quality professional tool line for experts and enthusiasts alike. It was important that each product be designed to meet my specifications in terms of function, design, ergonomics and manufactured quality. My standards were high, we went back and forth on every little design detail and these guys knocked it out of the park. Their expertise and spirited nature made the entire process a wonderful collaborative experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

I have collaborated Product Council on several projects over the past 15 years. The first product was a product called the iPager, an inter-office wireless paging system for dental medical offices which was developed prior to the iPhone. Greg and Bob spearheaded this product by creating a design that used out existing circuit board design. They created the CAD drawings for our manufacturer in China and did a fantastic job intergrating form and function of the device that provided quick simple paging with just a couple of touches to the Ipager. We also worked on a Smat Pot for monitoring pasta doneness based on the type of pasta, They have also have contributed on another new product called the \Stance Wizard\ which is golf product that help with proper stance based on the club your using and your physical characteristics. They are my go to firm on design and engineering on any new product we develop. I recommend them to all of my manufacturing associates that need a good creative design alternative.

I have known and worked with Bob Sheldon and Greg Foster of Product Council for many years. As a Project Engineer-Senior Engineering Project Manager with Fellowes Brands, we have worked on numerous projects together. I always found them to be very creative designers, responsive, and easy to work with. Early on, we worked on many media storage products utilizing many different materials. They were all ultimately produced in China or Taiwan, and Bob and Greg were always available for support during the initial production stages. They developed a full line of products for Fellowes called “Partition Additions” which were products used primarily on cubicle walls. Most of the products had pins that were molded into the body of the product that you could utilize to “pin/mount” to the fabric surface on the cubicle wall. The products were molded plastic, and there were many different products in this line such as shelves, white boards, pencil cups, name plates, and file folder holders, just to mention a few. Nearly all of the products in the line received design patents. Fellowes has sold many of these products over the years, and they continue to sell them today. If you are looking for an award winning design driven firm that will take your projects from “cradle to grave” I would highly recommend Product Council in Chicago.
