I purchased a desk to complete my set from this company. Over ten days went by without any contact from them whatsoever, yet they finalized the charge on my card instantly and had my money. Only after contacting them myself did I learn the item(that they listed for sale) isn't actually in stock, and that I'd get a refund in a week. What if I never contacted them? I'd rather not know the answer to that question. I will be avoiding their business in the future to avoid finding out. EDIT: After being told ten days ago that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days, I did not receive one. Once again I had to contact the company and only just now did they process my refund. I'm left to assume, once again, that they would have kept my money had I not contacted them. Incredible.

Ordered a great Realspace chair and found them to be a nice company to deal with. They had the lowest price on the internet, and after contacting them that my chair had not arrived, their customer service rep let me know why it hadn't yet and when I might expect it which was in a few weeks or so depending on availability. Incredibly, a few days later it showed up !! Nice job and a great company . I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises!
I ordered a desk chair for my home office, because the price was the most competitive I saw. When I had issues with the website, customer service was immediately responsive and resolved the problem quickly. My order was processed and arrived well ahead of the timeframe I expected. Well done!
I purchased and office chair. It is nice but has an odor that is not pleasant. I am hoping it will fade over time. The on line order and shipping was very efficient.
I believe this is the best service and shipping I have ever had from any online order. On top of that I got the Best price on my chair that I found anywhere.
