A nice little lakeside getaway from downtown Chicago, Rainbow Beach Park was a slice of serenity we needed just before the stay-at-home advisory too effect. The quiet waves hitting the sand definitely quieted the voices in my head.

It was a beautiful view watching these huge waves crashing on the shore. It was so romantic, and the weather changed quickly to sleet but it was so amazing!

Really lovely park for family, special date, lone walking or just a walk to clear your head and gather your thoughs Didn't stay long as it was cold at the the time but nice place to hang out.
