I recently got both of the watch from Razny. As Rolex collector, Christina is the honest and best sales I ever experienced in Rolex stores. Me and my wife is very happy with the time pieces we had and we will definitely be back.

First time shopping at Razny Jewelers. It was such an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for luxury watches or high end jewelry. Thanks to the help of associate Kristy Wu (amazing person) I was able to find that perfect watch that I've been eyeing for some time. She was able to explain and provide all the informations that I need regarding the watches I was looking at. She gave me many options to try on, she even took me upstairs to look at what jewelry would go great with the time piece. I had such a great time interacting with Kristy. I would highly recommend her! Went back to the store a week later to pick up some paper work, even though I showed up without scheduling and was close to their closing time. Kristy was able to still provide excellent service, had my favorite tea ready for me.

I was looking for several watches for me and my family, and Razny really helped me out with my requests. I was looking for a specific Datejust and Julio contacted me once it was available. Many Rolex models are almost impossible to come across these days due to high demand, but Julio tried his best to accommodate my needs. Overall, the dealership has many models available, comparatively, and is worth a stop even just for a look around. They even recently installed bulletproof double doors, which is pretty cool. Most importantly, the staff members are friendly, prompt, welcoming and professional. Will definitely be purchasing from them.

I went into Razny downtown Chicago with a few questions about a watch I had purchased elsewhere. Kristy Wu was incredibly accommodating and treated me as though I was a long time customer. Not only did she answer the questions I had, we had a great conversation and she showed me some incredible watches they had at the store. I’m excited to go back as a customer and to work with Kristy in the future.

First time to Razny came in to browse, and I LOVE the place! I came to see Kristy Wu specifically and she brought me to the jewelry showroom on the second floor and showed me some diamond studs. Now I have been following Kristy Wu (I’m not a stalker! I promise) since her days at Macy’s. And I will follow her to the moon, if necessary. First of all, she has a great personality, super bubbly and fun! And secondly, she knows exactly my taste- she knows what I will like and what I will hate. When you find someone that knows you on that level- never let her go.
