Revenue Tax Payments

Most horrendous experience I’m going thru. Will not assist with questions - IL Dept of Revenue does not send mail (my address has been the same for over 20 years). You cannot access your account without a code from a letter that’s sent regular mail BUT you will never receive. I requested they send this letter 5 TIMES - I finally received a statement after sending faxes and emails However the statement now shows additional years of money owed with zero time to review the returns or assist as to what the issue is - no returned calls nothing. I cannot believe this 1 employee (his name will be posted if I do not get some assistance) actually is employed by the state - with the amount of competent people out there who need a job. I’m going to fill out the proper forms and Contact States Attorney anyone else have issues and were able to get assistance please post!! -
