West Loop has a new Italian sheriff in town! Truffles, pastas and risottos.. this place will be hard to beat, with home-made gnocchis and others may be one of the best in all Chicago. Service is spot-on, an the waiter had really good knowledge of the menu and made everything sound as good as it turned out to be! Owner - the old Italian guy wandering around makes me feel appreciated as a customer, and giving the final touch of the original atmosphere. Loved it!
We were visiting in Chicago and they were open for dine-in due to some awesome front windows that open up to the air. as we were on our way there was a big rainstorm and the manager actually called us to warn us that the power had gotten knocked out by the storm event. We went anyways and they ended up lighting candles for us to eat with the windows open even though it was the evening and kept cooking in the kitchen for us and power came back about halfway through the meal. It was an awesome experience and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend on both food and service.
I LOVE this place. The staff is amazing and extremely attentive; the food is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had; and the restaurant is so clean and beautiful. I highly, highly, highly recommend this restaurant!
