I see that Cellars Market is closed. Maybe because of the pandemic, I don't know. What is known is that as soon as it reopens, I am running for Miss Velma's pancakes. OMG. If you ever had them then you'd know of what I speak. Other good to great meal choices but the pancakes , those acts of love are legendary. Absolutely, legendary.

This is a nice little spot that introduces the mall food court atmosphere to Chinatown. Among the establishments you'll see down here there are nail studios, salons, and barber shops. I visited Chi Yatai where I bought a brown sugar milk tea (name not exact) and Taste of Shanghai in which I purchased a Braised Pork Noodle Soup. Both were very nice and worth the price with the tea being a bit thick. The place wasn't too busy for a Saturday which is also a plus. The only down side to the area is the unclean tables and washrooms. The customer service especially at Chi Yatai was very good and I highly recommend checking them out.

Favs are dong bei ren jia (family in the north) and elitea. The dumpling place (menu separated into boiled, fried, and pastry versions) are all made fresh in front of you. The skins are super soft and a way better deal than QXY around the corner.

Recently put up an incredibly bright LED billboard that's a nuisance from over a mile away. It's constantly playing distracting animations that transition between advertisements. It wouldn't be a problem during the day, but after dark it's by far the brightest object on the horizon and incredibly annoying.

There's a huge variety of quick and cheap restaurant quality food in a cafeteria style setting. Highly recommended if you want to get a meal without the hassle of a sit down restaurant.
