We worked with Jake on the design process for our 800 sq ft terrace. It was a raw space and Jake was able to take our limited vision and design a beautiful outdoor space for our family that included planters, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The process seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase and we were very pleased with the quality of work and timing. These guys are great. Very happy with the experience.

We chose Chicago Rock Deck and Garden after evaluating a few options to upgrade our roof deck. We knew going in they would be the premium price vendor but were encouraged by their commercial and residential portfolio and also really liked working with their team. I could not recommend them more, they completed the project in the time they'd promised, were flexible to make cosmetic changes as the build out progressed and helped us visual the space with 3D mappings in order to pick the best finishes and layout. If you are on the fence with Chicago Roof Deck and a cheaper vendor, I would highly recommend paying the premium for them. It was a seamless experience and they are professionals
