Terrible experience with closing my 401K account. I've been waiting since August 2019 to close my account with this firm and it's March 2020. It's been 8 months since I asked them to close my account they just don't want to do it. I keep calling Patrick and keep getting a run around, he keeps telling me he'll get back to me with why it's taking so long to release MY money and he never gets back to me. Very bad firm.
