I would like to state first that I rarely write reviews, and mostly when something is not as described as received on Amazon. I was a member at Life Time Fitness for a number of years, but I decided to try RX Fitness because of a promotion. That was a turning point. Dennis is now my personal trainer and I could say that I'm only sorry I did not cancel membership at Life Time sooner and join this real GYM. I saw nothing but positive things here. Covid precautionary high hygiene standards, personal attention and nutrition advice. I would highly recommend.

When I came here in 2018 I didn’t know what I walked into I need to admit I didn’t take it as serious as I should. However fast forward to 2020 I realized I needed to get back in shape and took full advantage of their RXPULSE classes. Dennis has created something extremely effective and addicting! Every instructor from Josh, Mark Fino to Kathy have been amazing in coaching and elevating me. It’s a family feeling with staff and people you’re working out with. Bryan has been the main guy challenging me each class as I’ve shredded weight and gained so much knowledge, strength and conditioning to where I’m starting to build more confidence. I highly encourage everyone to take advantage of their complimentary class and see for yourself.

Just received my 2 year anniversary email and I couldn't be happier with the decision I've made. They have been nothing but professional during the covid 19 pandemic. I feel safe and confident in their space. Cleaning is a bit tedious as every athlete must disinfect and clean their space after use but they are on top of it. Thanks for being a top notch gym!
