I've never rented storage unit before but had to find temporary storage while selling our condo. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I first rented the unit to the moment I moved out two months later. I'd recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs temperature controlled storage.

I am now using Safeguard Storage and was very pleased with the service and the facility. Edwin was very helpful to me... I would highly recommend this storage place. I also wanted to say that I did go to see other places in the area and they did not compare to Safeguard. Their prices are very fair...
I was incredibly surprised, today, with the poor level of service and rude treatment I received from an employee named Ryan at this location today. In general, I have been impressed by both the courtesy and professionalism of the staff at this location, and with the overall condition and cleanliness of the facility. After being a satisfied customer for a few years, I'm now reconsidering.
