Salt is my absolute favorite place to workout! From the teachers, to the classes, environment and facility, everything about it is amazing! They are always so accommodating and help each person be successful in their workout! Tami, the owner, is incredible and always full of positive energy. I would highly recommend SALT for your daily workouts, you'll get a full body workout and feel great after!

Been coming to Salt for almost two years now. Great space, always clean and the locker room is great. Favorite clases are Cycle 45 and 30/30. Always try to take classes with Laurel. Her energy is incredible and the classes fly by.

I have been a client for over 5 years, and I absolutely love my workouts here. If you haven't been to a Barre class before, you need to check this place out. Now they offer spin as well. Tami Conway is the owner and her classes are killer good. She is so committed to her craft and her classes are always new, fresh, and very challenging. My body has transformed and my core is super strong. It is definitely a full body workout.
