Scooterworks is the most wonderful place. I bought my scooter from them 8 years ago and I have gone to them for every single thing since then that I have needed. They have pulled through and exceeded my expectations every time, from the multiple times it’s gotten knocked over, fixing a terrible pothole damage that I thought was going to total the bike, and every oil change and tune up. In addition, my scooter was stolen last summer (2020). I was devastated because of the obvious circumstances, somehow found the scooter myself, and got it towed to scooterworks. They started working on it immediately and were able to find my parts and fix it up in the most cost efficient and high quality manner. Then they were so happy for me to call me back up and tell me it was finished. I was so unbelievably happy when I came to pick it up and it was good as new. They are so kind and informative and always are patient with questions. Since I have been going here for 8 years, I’ve seen some different employees and I have felt this way about every one of them. This is a long, long overdue review. I rave about scooterworks to everyone and will continue to do so. THANK YOU SCOOTERWORKS!
