My husband and I reserved a trolley on our wedding day for the wedding party. They picked us up from the church, took us to our photo spot, and drove around for a bit before dropping us off at the reception. This company was reliable and extremely accommodating to all our requests! They even made an extra stop to drop off our photographer. Trolley was very clean and the driver & security guard were friendly. The trolley itself was a great addition to our wedding photos! Highly recommend Second City Trolley.

My experience with Second City Trolley was amazing. We celebrated my birthday with a trolley for 40 people. Our driver was Thomas. He showed up early, but didn't rush us by any means. He let us slowly straggle on. We didn't have much of an opinion about what stops to make, and but he had a great lineup in mind. We got the perfect picture by the river. Leading up to the trolley date, I sent emails every few days with different questions I had. I always received a polite, timely response. We were able to play our own music on the trolley, we used an aux to connect my phone. No issues with extra fees/charges or anything like that. We stopped for bathroom breaks as frequently as we needed to. Wonderful experience, and I would definitely use Second City Trolley in the future.
We booked this company for our Wedding. The driver, Jim, was prompt and very courteous. We had him driving to several places to pick people up from many locations and he did a great job. After the Ceremony, we spent much of our time celebrating on the trolley. The trolley we chose was large enough to fit 24 people comfortably, let us play music, and allowed us to bring coolers and food on board. We highly recommend using Second City Trolley for anybody needed Wedding/party transport.

He was very patient and flexible. He drove safely and maintained a genuine smile throughout the evening. We sincerely appreciate him.
